RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN? WE MAKE IT REALLY EASY:

STEP 1

PLEASE EMAIL US AT CUSTOMERSERVICE@LOLAGETTS.COM TO REQUEST A RA# PRIOR TO SHIPPING BACK YOUR ITEMS TO OUR WAREHOUSE.

STEP 2

Your credit will be delayed with no RA# and when shipping back please use a shipping method with tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost merchandise

STEP 3

Please send all returns securely wrapped, WITH YOUR RA# AND INFORMATION INCLUDED.All returns require a Packing Slip (included in your shipment.)

Please note that including a packing slip with the return does not guarantee automatic approval/credit of your return. Items are still subject to THE LOLA GETTS policies:

  • WE GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL LOVE YOUR LOLA GETTS GARMENTS OTHERWISE SEND THEM BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS LAUNDERED WITH YOUR RECEIPT AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO REFUND YOUR MONEY.
  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. Returns sent after this time will not be honored. Items returned after 30 days will receive an online gift card for the value of the merchandise. Items older than 30 days are not eligible for return, or for any gift card/refund. We only accept return items that have been purchased from our online store. 
  • Sale items are non-returnable, therefore; they are not eligible for refund or gift card. Any and all sale items purchased on www.lolagetts.com are final sale.

 

 

WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT A REFUND?


Your credit card will be refunded upon us receiving your returned item(s). It may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement. We will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase. You will receive an email notice when the credit has been issued. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. Returns sent after this time will not be honored. . Items older than 30 days are not eligible for return, or for any gift card/refund. We only accept return items that have been purchased from our online store. 

  • Sale items are non-returnable, therefore; they are not eligible for refund or gift card. Any and all sale items purchased on www.lolagetts.com are final sale.
  • In the case of defective or damaged merchandise, items are eligible for refund, including return shipping. We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear. 
  • Please be advised that items that do not conform to the above guidelines are not returnable. They will be returned to you at your expense.
  • We can only offer exchanges based on stock availability. If you have received an item as a gift and you would like to exchange it, you may return it for a gift card in the amount of the value of the item and make another purchase at your own discretion. Exchange of gift items also may only be returned for gift cards within 30 days of receipt.
  • This Online Purchase Information governs purchases made through the web site. Please read these policies carefully prior to making a purchase. Also, please be advised that these policies may change and you should review them from time-to-time as you use our site.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size or different style, email us at customerservice@lolagetts.com

 or call 866-798-7446 to talk to us. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return (see above). We will ship the exchange to you at your expense.

If your exchanged item is of greater value than the original item, then your original credit card will be charged the difference. If your exchanged item is of lesser value, your card will be credited for the difference. All exchanges are based on inventory available. We will call or email you if not available and if we have a suitable substitute. We will not hold any inventory aside.

 

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 4 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. We'll email you a UPS label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt - as long as it hasn't been used, worn or washed. All tags must remain attached.

 

When sending a return package:

  • Send via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise
  • No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted.
  • Note your order number on the package for proper and timely handling and processing.
  • Include a packing slip with the merchandise, otherwise processing will be delayed.
  • Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging

 

 

Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email the customer service representative at customerservice@lolagetts.com or call 866-798-7446 as soon as possible. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy above and return your purchase once you have received it.
